Water Tower Rd, Talihina, OK 74571

Property Description

Down Water Tower Rd and on the ridge of Bengal Mtn, we have 20 acres with a view piece on the north side of the road and on the south side is the remains of a cabin that burnt a long time ago. A pond and a drilled well are close to the old cabin's foundation. The terrain is gentle slope on this side of the road. The north side of the road is steep with a creek coming out of the bottom of the property. The road is a non-maintained county road which gets grated not so often. It is recommended that a 4wheel drive vehicle is used on this road. This is a nice piece, only 4 miles north of Talihina.
